CBS4-WCCO, (10/29/12) — A Minneapolis man is charged with running a juvenile sex trafficking operation out of his home, while an Eagan man is charged with giving the operation business. According to the Hennepin County Attorney’s office, 55-year-old Bernard Elvet Morris, of Minneapolis, arranged for various men to come to his home to have sex with a teenage female victim for money.
