EXAMINER.COM, Dave Gibson (9/6/12) — On Wednesday night, Julio Cesar Revolorio Ramos, 28, was arrested on child prostitution charges after a brief investigation. In August, an informant phoned Ramos and asked that he deliver a girl to his home in Falls Church, Virginia.
